When a name, location, or other term is entered into a third-party search box, that query is sent to the outside provider that operates the tool. Rowan County Inmate Population does not store those search terms on its own server.
Messages
If you send an email or other direct message, we use the information in that message to review and respond. We do not share those messages outside our organization unless a legal requirement applies.

This site links to Rowan County jail resources, Kentucky court and corrections portals, public-record request pages, and third-party search providers. For official public-record requests, Kentucky access rules may include KRS 61.872. Once you leave this site, the destination site's own privacy notice controls its collection and use of data.
Advertising partners may also collect activity data across websites on their own systems. Their policies, not this notice, control those outside ad-network practices.
